Roxana Brito is a dynamic and results driven leader with a proven track record of guiding complex construction projects from concept to completion. Known for her strategic mindset and strong communication skills, she excels in building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and teams. Her leadership style combines practical decision-making with creative problem-solving, allowing her to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Diamond General Construction, Roxana has been instrumental in the company’s growth and reputation as a trusted contractor in multifamily renovations and new construction across Southern California. With a deep commitment to quality, accountability, and innovation, she continues to lead the company into new markets and greater impact.

Field Supervisor & Co-Founder

Elizeth Ramos is the co-founder and Field Supervisor of Diamond General Construction. With a strong background in project execution, Elizeth is a hands-on leader known for her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. She oversees field operations, coordinates crews, and ensures that every site meets Diamond’s strict standards of safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Her leadership on the ground is the backbone of Diamond’s reputation for dependable, high-caliber work. Elizeth’s drive and dedication reflect the company’s founding spirit: building something greater, one project and one life at a time.
